Hosting and server log files

This website is operated on a server in a data centre of Hetzner Online GmbH (Germany). When you visit the website, technically necessary data (IP address, date and time, page requested, browser) is briefly stored in server log files. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating the website securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Cookies, fonts and tracking

This website does not use analytics or marketing cookies and no tracking. Fonts are loaded locally from our own server; no data is transferred to Google or other third parties.

Contact by e-mail

If you contact us by e-mail, we process your details to handle your enquiry and any follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

Applications

If you apply via our application form, we process your details and documents solely for the purpose of the application procedure (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The data is stored securely on our server and is only accessible to the persons responsible. If no employment or contractual relationship results, we delete your data no later than six months after the procedure has ended, unless you have agreed to longer retention.

Your rights

You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law, you can lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (www.dsb.gv.at).
